Is there a free tier?
No. We offer a 30-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial, choose a plan to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and FPX (online banking) via Stripe. Note: FPX does not support automatic recurring billing — you will need to manually renew before expiration.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I cancel?
Your data is retained for 120 days after cancellation. You can export all company data before cancelling using the Company Data Export feature. After 120 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Do all plans include e-Invoicing?
Yes. LHDN MyInvois integration is included in every plan. You bring your own MyInvois credentials and digital certificate.
What entity types are supported?
Sdn Bhd, LLP, sole proprietorship, and partnership. Each entity type gets the correct tax rates, external deadlines to track, and compliance support workflows.
